Participating Chinese orchestras will be awarded certificates based on their performances as follows:
Gold with Honours 85% and above
Gold 80% and above
Silver 70% to 79%
Bronze 60% to 69%
Certificate of Participation 59% and below

Introduction.
no music, no life;
The Yuying Chinese Orchestra was established in June 2004 and has a current strength of 90 students and 5 teachers.
The Chinese Orchestra managed to clinch the Gold Award in the 2009 SYF Central Judging and Silver Awards for both
2005 and 2007 SYF Central Judging. With the help of experienced instructors from the Singapore Chinese Orchestra
and the conductor Miss Ding Xiao Yan, the Chinese Orchestra has instilled in its member a love for Chinese music
and appreciation for musical instruments.
